Develop and structure your own search strategies to identify companies hiring in our niche via job boards
Identify key candidates and decision makers via platforms such as XING and LinkedIn
Add their email and phone numbers to the database and verify email address validity using tools to ensure high-quality data
Keep the database up to date as data degrades over time
You will work closely with Danel, the Tech Recruiter and manage various projects with him

Fluency in English and strong communication skills
Degree of any kind
Motivation to achieve goals and enjoy challenges
Independent and reliable way of working as well as a strong interest in new technology trends
